Technical rescue in Couillet: a jackdaw trapped in a chimney
Our ADT – Animal Disaster Team responded in Couillet, at the request of the CREAVES in Ransart, to assist a wild bird in distress. The intervention involved a jackdaw, a young corvid found trapped… inside a sealed-off old chimney.

Intervention in Obourg: well-meaning action puts young fawn at risk
At the request of the Mons/Quévy Police Zone, the Animal Disaster Team (ADT) responded urgently in Obourg. A young fawn, found alone in a field, had been taken by walkers who thought they were doing the right thing.
Although well-intentioned, the gesture unfortunately had harmful consequences for the animal, which was separated from its mother — who was nearby, quietly watching over her young.

Emergency at the entrance to the Brussels Ring: two goats rescued from the motorway zone
This weekend, the Animal Disaster Team was urgently called in by the highway police for a high-risk intervention: two goats had been spotted wandering near the entrance to the Brussels Ring, right in the middle of the motorway zone.
