RESCUE OF A LONE AND WEAKENED FOX CUB IN UCCLE

Our ADT – Animal Disaster Team was recently called in by the Uccle police to help a young fox cub who had taken refuge in the parking lot of a local bank.
On arrival, our rescuers discovered a small fox cub in an alarming state: weak, alone, and visibly disorientated. This young fox, still too immature to survive on its own, had been wandering around for several days, unable to feed or protect itself. It was a heartbreaking sight.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Uccle/WB/Auderghem Police for having called on our services, which was crucial in saving the life of this precious little being. Their prompt action was decisive.
The fox cub is currently convalescing at the Perwez CREAVES, where he is receiving the best possible care. Soon he’ll be free again, ready to embrace nature’s vast expanses once more.
