On September 24, our ADT teams were contacted by CREAVES in Ransart following several reports about two young wild boar piglets wandering alone in Jumet. These young, still unweaned piglets were in a vulnerable situation after tragically losing their mother, who had been a victim of a road accident.

Upon receiving the call, a team of volunteers quickly went to the scene to provide assistance. Capturing the piglets proved challenging due to their agility. Around ten volunteers were mobilized to ensure their safety.

The two piglets were eventually captured without any issues and transferred to a specialized care center. They are now being well cared for and are in good health.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in this rescue, as well as the volunteers who gave their time to ensure the safety and well-being of these young animals.
