High-altitude rescue: cat saved from a rooftop in Mons

Sometimes, an animal’s adventurous instincts lead them into tricky situations. That’s exactly what happened recently in Mons, when an especially daring cat found itself stuck on a rooftop, unable to climb back down. With the owners growing increasingly worried, an emergency intervention was requested — and our ADT – Animal Disaster Team quickly answered the call.

Within minutes, our volunteers, trained in animal rescue, were on site, equipped to carry out the operation safely, both for the animal and for themselves. Thanks to their calm, expertise, and gentle approach, they were able to gain the little cat’s trust and bring it down without difficulty.

The cat, safe and sound, was soon reunited with its relieved owner, grateful to have their four-legged companion back. A story with a happy ending.
